Trap Culture Terms & Conditions

1. Who We Are

Trap Culture is an Arizona-based lifestyle and events brand focused on music, art, nightlife, and counter culture. We are not a dispensary and we do not sell cannabis through this website. We sell clothing with our branding, and plan events to bring the community together.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

This site and all Trap Culture events and promotions are intended for adults. By using this website, creating a Trap Fam account, joining our email list, or opting in to SMS updates, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 21 years old.
  • You are legally allowed to view content that references cannabis in your jurisdiction.
  • You will not share Trap Culture content with minors.

3. Trap Fam Accounts & Email List

When you sign up for Trap Fam or any Trap Culture email list, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep that information reasonably updated. You may receive emails about:

  • Event invites, RSVP links, and ticketing information
  • Merch drops, collaborations, and limited releases
  • Contest announcements and community projects
  • Important updates to these terms or our privacy practices

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any message or by contacting us directly at info@trapcultureaz.com.

4. SMS Text Messaging (Trap Fam Phone List)

SMS participation is optional. You will only receive marketing texts from Trap Culture if you provide your phone number and actively agree to receive SMS communications (for example, by checking the SMS opt-in box on a form).

By opting in, you agree that Trap Culture may send you text messages about:

  • Show announcements, pop-ups, and warehouse sessions
  • Pool parties, collabs, and special appearances
  • Time-sensitive offers, contests, or RSVP reminders

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan and carrier. Participation is not a condition of purchasing any product, ticket, or service.

You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to a text from us or by emailing info@trapcultureaz.com with the phone number you want removed. Reply HELP in any text thread for basic assistance.

5. Event Policies & Third-Party Services

Many Trap Culture events involve third-party venues, promoters, ticketing platforms, and sponsors. Each partner may have its own terms and conditions, which can include entry policies, dress codes, ID requirements, and refund rules. By attending an event, you agree to follow all posted venue and promoter rules in addition to these Trap Culture terms.

Trap Culture is not responsible for outages, bugs, or errors caused by third-party platforms, including ticketing, streaming, or payment services.

6. Content & Intellectual Property

All original content on this website—including logos, artwork, photography, graphics, and copy—is owned by Trap Culture or used with permission. You may not reproduce, sell, or distribute Trap Culture content without prior written consent, other than limited personal use such as sharing a link to a blog post or flyer.

User-generated content (UGC)—including photos, tags, comments, and posts that reference or @TrapCultureAZ—may be reshared on our platforms. If you would like a specific photo or piece of UGC removed, contact us at info@trapcultureaz.com.

7. Responsible Cannabis Messaging

Any references to cannabis are intended for adults in legal markets. Information on this site does not replace medical advice, legal advice, or professional recommendations. Always follow local laws, consume responsibly, and never drive under the influence of any substance.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trap Culture, its owners, and its partners are not liable for:

  • Personal decisions you make based on content or communications from Trap Culture;
  • Third-party errors, outages, or cancellations beyond our control;
  • Any loss, injury, or damage incurred at events where Trap Culture is a sponsor, co-host, or creative partner.

9. Changes to These Terms

Trap Culture may update these Terms & Conditions occasionally to reflect changes in law, technology, or how we run events and digital experiences. When we make material changes, we will adjust the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and may send a notice via email or SMS to active Trap Fam members.
